Gabrielle Grywalski is a native of Columbus, Ohio. She received her Royal Academy of Dance syllabus training where she danced soloist roles in La Bayadare, Carmina Burana, Sleeping Beauty and Pas de Quatre. Gabrielle’s senior year she trained at BalletMet Columbus and performed with the professional company. While in her senior year, Ms. Grywalski joined YouthMet! She performed works by Alvin Ailey such as Revelations and Satisfaction. Upon graduation, Ms. Grywalski moved to dance with Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, performing with the company in Don Quixote, The Nutcracker and Derek Dean's Alice in Wonderland. After to moving to Houston, Texas -her second home- Gabrielle began dancing Classical Chinese Dance with Dance of Asian America along with teaching in the school. In 2011, Ms. Grywalski made the move to New York City, where she is currently a freelance dancer, dancing with Terra Firma Dance Theatre, Ballet Neo, New York Couture Fashion Week, Broadway Sings for Pride, Derek Mitchell Dance Company, Prime Cut Film Production, Obey Not Studio’s, Ballet With a Twist and is very excited to be working with the PMT Dance Company.
